10 oz ground turkey
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
2 (15oz) cans of reduced sodium beef broth
4 stalks celery, diced
2 green peppers, diced
1 package dry chili seasoning mix
2 medium zucchini, diced
2 yellow squash, diced
Spray skillet. Sauté ground turkey and onion until brown. Transfer to soup pot and add diced tomatoes, black beans, broth, celery, peppers, chili seasoning mix, zucchini, and squash. Simmer for 30 minutes.
