Learn to identify hidden sources of sugar so that you limit your intake yet not deprive yourself of delicious foods you like to eat.
For that reason, I published a brief list of 5 types of sugars, most well known to everyone and easy to recognize. I've had many requests for the complete list, so here it is.
As smart consumers should be informed and able to identify a sugar regardless of the name. Let's complete the list of 45 sugars used in processed foods. To avoid excessive sugar in your diet, read the labels and learn to recognize sugars by their different names.
