My Happy Place Coloring Journal
This journal is the second in My Wellness Zone series. It is intended to help the reader through one of the first and often most difficult steps of achieving wellness and relaxation and reaching a mindful state. It's surprisingly easy to tune into yourself and relax by coloring simple Mandalas. Readers are encouraged to stop and write their experience once the realization that they've let go of the daily routines and worries to focus on themselves and the childlike beauty of a simple drawing. The repetitive nature of coloring then stopping to reflect on your newly found self-awareness soon becomes a daily life habit, encouraging you to stop often and reflect. Only then can you always be in your happy place.
