This 2 page sanitation checklist and action report includes a scored sanitation checklist and action report to set your facilities in motion towards their correction plan. Threshold is set with a goal of 90% for a "B" grade, 95% for an "A-" & 97% for "A". Achieving 100% is difficult and deserves an "A+" Using this inspection sheet almost guarantees a deficiency free survey in sanitation and food safety. The best way to use it is as a monthly validation tool after having the staff complete the checklist weekly. A thorough inspection will take 2 - 4 hours depending on speed, familiarity with the kitchen and size of the physical plant. This form cuts inspection time to a maximum of 1 hour.
